Cost: Just the cost of a glass container, other supplies are Free
Head on over to Michaels on September 11th and hand-paint your choice of a glass container (for a candle holder, centerpiece, etc). You have to purchase the glass piece, but all the paint, brushes and work space is free of charge. This might be a great opportunity for a moms-day-out!
